How we keep duCharcha constructive, inclusive, and worth your time.
duCharcha is built for sharp ideas and honest disagreement — not harassment, hate, or bad faith. These guidelines apply to every mode: Vilom AI practice, private rooms, and public matchmaking.
Attack arguments, not people. No slurs, threats, doxxing, sexual harassment, or targeted abuse based on religion, caste, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.
Do not promote violence, self-harm, illegal activity, or content that exploits minors. Do not share private information about others without consent.
Avoid fake accounts, vote brigading, scripted flooding, or attempts to game leaderboards, credits, or AI scores. One person, one voice.
Speak in your own voice. Impersonation, deepfake audio used to deceive opponents, or recording others without permission violates trust on the platform.
Passionate debate on politics, business, and society is welcome. Content that exists primarily to shock, demean, or incite hatred is not. Hosts and moderators may end sessions that cross the line.
If you see abuse, use Report Abuse or email Support@ducharcha.com. We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that break these rules. Serious violations may be referred to authorities where required by law.
Read our Charcha Rules for how live debates work, and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for legal terms.
